This beautiful '67 belongs to Wayne Elam of Phoenix, Arizona. Wayne bought this car in '97, and spent two years building it. The car runs Flat Four BRMs on 356 rear brakes and traditional T-bars. Wayne would like to thank Frenchy Dehoux for all the inspiration, Buddy Hale for the awesome paint and body work, Dan Lawson for the engine build, and everyone else who helped. Wayne says that the car runs strong and so far has run a best time of 13.50 at 99.99 mph. Wayne is also a member of the newly-reformed DVB (Der Volks Bruckenaufbau). Future plans include slicks and gears!

4:12 r/p; stock gears; Super Diff.; welded 3rd and 4th; hardened keepers and steel shift forks; side plate, and all solid mounts with straps. Built by ATE in Phoenix. Future plans include close ratio 3rd and 4th gears with Sway-Away axles.
