ARNAUD BLIN '61 This cool '61 belong to french resident Arnaud BLIN. I have not much details about his car, but this sano car has to appear on this page, so here it comes. It's has all Old School attributes, except maybe for the engine which is a little 1641 cc at the moment. But wait & see in the future.
DEAN KENNEDY '67 This black US '67 sunroof is a great cal looking car just coming from Cornwall, England. Owner is Dean KENNEDY and here's the whole story behind this car. It' a 1967 US spec sunroof beetle found in Portland. Oregan
by Jimmy Roth in 1997. It had been sat for 10 years in
a breakers yard. He told me about a '67 sunroof and I
had to have it !!!! Engine is a 2160cc built by James Lutz, Strictlt German Autowerks
in Portland Oregan. 84mm scat crank, 90.5 cima/mahle
b/p, FK8 cam, Berg 1.4 rockers, magnum straight cut
cam gears, Carillo 5.5" rods, VW welded heads by James
Lutz, 44X37, 48IDAs on Skat Trak manifolds, thing
fanshroud, MSD 6AL ignition and distributor, 7.8:1
compression ratio. Transaxle is a Berg 5 built by James Lutz, ZF LSD, Rhino gusseted
case, Berg race axles, welded gears, 3.88 r&p,0.89

Body work/paint made by The Paintbox, UK. Full dechrome, lucus indicators,
'67 convertible decklid. Interior by Bernard Newbury, UK, back seat removed, six point
roll cage, stock '65 front seats retrimmed in vinyl &
alcantara fat biscuit by Bernie Newbury, stock loop-pile carpet and
stock white headliner. 8-track tape player, EMPI door
& glovebox pulls, Berg locking 5 speed shifter with
early finger grip handle. line lock, burn out squirter
kit.

Speedwell BRMs, michelin 145X15 XZXs front, BF
Goodridge 205X70/15 rear, M&H recapped slicks on two
spare BRMs. Brakes are CSP wide 5 front discs, rear type 3 drums and Suspension :
front 90/10 shocks, puma 2.5" narrowed beam, CB
dropped spindles. rear stock shocks, bus snubbers.
