The annual Super VW national was a big hit this year. Despite bad weather, many VW owner decided to make the trip to south of France. As usual, there were some cool Old School cars. Details on french and belgian cars are now on very high standart, so much, that I would say that some cars are above U.S. standarts (take Rudy's split window for example...).
I was very happy to see that more and more cars are nostalgia influenced with ERCO rims, some pinstripings... I even saw a Plexiglas roof (see The Demon Bug below...) Crazy!!! Great news too is seeing that these cars are becoming faster and faster... When some years ago, everyone gonna 1600cc, today 1776cc and above combo are, let's say, more and more common.
As usual, enjoy the pictures and don't forget that some of the strips are still in my camera so I'll post them later here.

Here's the team that stole the show... The W.P.K. (for Water Pumper Killer) guys from Paris. Eric Oval window with 2332cc Autocraft engine was the fastest car on attendance while Rudy's split window was without a doubt the most detailed of all.
